I always stay at this hotel because I like everything about it however they took away they’re front desk staff and replaced them with a check in kiosk it is so impersonal and does NOT make check in faster it actually took longer. Hopefully they will decide to go back to good customer service because I really don’t want to stay elsewhere

I upgraded to the newly renovated rooms, a must. Place is clean and has nice pool, bars and restaurants. The Flamingos in the garden is just a nice touch.
